How it works
How it works
After we've created your business account, you can invite your colleagues to sign up so that we can check their driving licence details and add them to our insurance so that they can start driving.
Apart from the monthly fee, usage of the vehicles is priced the same as a normal membership — £3/hour plus 16p per mile and a £2.50 booking fee.
When you sign up we'll ask you to set a maximum monthly budget to so that you can rest assured that you won't be hit with a big unexpected bill (we can always increase the budget in a given month if you need to).
It's up to you if you allow your employees to use vehicles for personal use in addition to your work travel needs.
Your team can then go ahead and book the vehicle via our app or website like any other user. We'll invoice you in arrears each month for the bookings that have taken place in that month.
